Returns & Refunds 

We strive to exceed expectations on the delivery and quality of your purchase; however, if there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the issue.

Due to the nature of our food products and our high standards of hygiene, it is not possible for us to exchange or refund food items due to a change of mind. 

If you are unhappy with the quality of the product you have received or if you have received the incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement. If we are unable to replace the product we will arrange a refund. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days or we will happily provide store credit. 



Non food items may be exchanged if they are defective or damaged as per the terms above.



All sales have an expected delivery time of three days. This is subject to freight and product availabilty.

To return a non-food item, you should post or courier it to the address below.

Your payment is processed through eWAYs Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. RealFood Pantry will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAYs secure servers.

RealFood Pantry does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We will only release your gathered information if we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; facilitate court proceedings; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of RealFood Pantry, our users, or others.


Delivery Address Details

RealFood Pantry enables you to save one delivery address which we will store against your profile. When you buy an item you have the option of entering a new delivery address which must be your own (work or home etc).



It is the policy of RealFood Pantry to send our customers emails throughout the purchasing process and other newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any customer from any mailing list upon the customer's request. In addition, RealFood Pantry will send out promotional material to its newsletter subscribers promoting material related to RealFood Pantry.

We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.
